Nkabo Graphics items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Any order cancelled & refunded before production commences will incur a 10% service  fee.

we are committed to making your product right the first time and we love working with customers to make that happen. please note that we do not make color corrections nor do we color match for every order. this means that the image that you see on your phone or computer may vary from the product that you receive.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Unclaimed/uncollected orders/products get discarded after 60 days.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
